1. Care Through EmploymentPLEDGECreate inclusive, fair, and long-term employment pathways across our healthcare divisions. We will open doors for individuals facing barriers to work, including those Not in Employment, Education, or Training, care leavers, ex-offenders, and those returning to the workforce. Through mentorships, apprenticeships, and supported employment programmes, MUVE aims to build diverse teams that reflect the communities we serve and empower individuals to grow meaningful careers in care.KEY VALUE INDICATORSKVI 1.1: Recruit a minimum of 10 NEET individuals or those returning to work through our supported employment and training partnerships by end of 2026.KVI 1.2: Increase the number of apprentices and graduates placed into permanent roles within MUVE by 20% year-on-year.KVI 1.3: Partner with at least two local employment organisations (e.g., job centres, charities) to build fair access pathways into care careers.KVI 1.4: Integrate social value KPIs into annual appraisals for all hiring managers.2. Care For CommunityStrengthen local partnerships that create belonging and social connection.We’ll partner with local charities, volunteer networks, and social enterprises to deliver initiatives that make a tangible difference, from local volunteering days and family wellbeing events, to kindness campaigns and shared skill exchanges.
