Kindness Week at MUVE Healthcare (20–24 October) brought teams together to celebrate empathy, appreciation and connection through simple daily acts from gratitude walls and thank-you cards to “Tea & Thanks” drops and Friday shout-outs. The initiative sparked hundreds of heartfelt gestures, reinforcing that small acts of kindness can have a lasting impact. Building on this commitment to Care for People, MUVE also launched an accessible Client Satisfaction Survey, designed in easy-read format to ensure every client’s voice, including those with communication or cognitive challenges, can be heard, helping continuously improve the support provided to individuals and their families.

To strengthen our commitment to Care for People, we’ve launched our Client Satisfaction Survey, a simple, accessible way for clients and their families to share how we’re doing, what’s working well, and where we can do better.
The survey is designed in an easy-read format to ensure that everyone’s voice can be heard, including individuals with communication or cognitive challenges. Families and support workers are also encouraged to assist where needed, helping us capture authentic experiences from every person we support.
